The Challenge

A Manama-based fashion e-commerce store was struggling with low organic visibility despite having quality products and active social media. The site had zero presence in Google's top 30 for 80% of target keywords, Core Web Vitals scores below 50 (mobile), poor site architecture with duplicate product pages, no structured data markup, and a manual action for thin content from a previous SEO attempt.

Our Approach

Phase 1: Technical Audit & Recovery (Weeks 1-3)

We conducted a full technical SEO audit identifying 47 critical issues. Duplicate content was resolved via canonical tags and 301 redirects. We submitted a reconsideration request to Google after removing thin content and restructured the site architecture to a flat hierarchy — max 3 clicks to any product.

Phase 2: On-Page Optimization (Weeks 4-8)

We optimized 200+ product pages with unique descriptions and proper H1-H3 structure. Product schema (JSON-LD) was implemented across all SKUs, FAQPage schema was added for category pages, and optimized category landing pages were created targeting commercial keywords.

Phase 3: Content & Link Building (Weeks 9-16)

12 blog posts were published targeting informational keywords in the fashion niche. We acquired 15 backlinks from GCC fashion blogs and directories and built local citations across Bahrain business directories.

Phase 4: Performance Optimization (Weeks 12-24)

The client was moved to optimized hosting with CDN. We implemented lazy loading, image compression, critical CSS, and reduced Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) from 4.2s to 1.1s.
